I know what it feels like to feel lost in the gym. After moving abroad, my weight climbed to 113 kg. I knew I had to lose weight but had no idea how to start. I wasted time jumping around from one plan to the next but every workout felt confusing and pointless. After barely losing any weight, hitting numerous plateaus, and falling off more times than I can count, I decided I needed a different approach.
So I studied the science and fine-tuned my training to only allow what actually works. And after years of trial and error,, I developed my own core training principles and applied to them to my workouts. I dropped 30 kg, built real strength, and never felt better in my life!
That journey sparked Lift With Purpose—a coaching system built on two things: evidence-based training, and the ability to teach beginners step by step (thanks to my 10+ years of teaching young learners). Now I coach beginners and early intermediates to feel confident, safe, and proud under the bar. My goal is simple: give you the skills to be confident in the gym without wasting years to figure it out.
